Our stay at the hotel was delightful thanks to the stunning views and the exceptional dining experience at Poggio restaurant. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff made us feel appreciated, although the renovations were slightly distracting. The hotel has a charming ambiance, but I did notice some areas could use a detailed clean. Overall, it’s a lovely spot, but some services need improvement.
